Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To request a return or cancellation, please use our Cancel or Return an Order link and sign in with the email address used for your order.
If your request is approved, we will send you the next steps by email.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions first, as return addresses may vary depending on the product.
Return Instructions
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
As we work with multiple international suppliers, return addresses may vary depending on the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was received
- The item is not as described
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
Please include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
This 48-hour request helps us resolve issues quickly and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products (including embroidered name items)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, your statutory rights are not affected by these exceptions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your item.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union & United Kingdom – Statutory Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.
This right exists independently of our 30-day return policy, which extends this period for your convenience.
Please note: this statutory right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations Before Fulfilment
If you need to change or cancel an order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing your order.
Items that have not yet shipped can also be submitted as a cancellation request through our Cancel or Return an Order link.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it. However, you may still request a return after receiving your order under our 30-day return policy.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
