Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, for made-to-order items, or when additional verification is required, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Because we work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Ireland: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe / EEA: 5–12 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks or longer, particularly during busy periods, customs checks, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Where advertised, free shipping promotions may apply.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers or warehouses. In that case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and items may arrive on different days.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing
- High-demand periods
- Carrier delays
- Supplier or logistics issues outside our control
If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe or a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimate or, where applicable, the option to cancel for a refund in line with applicable consumer law.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
PaddyFoot cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided or incomplete addresses.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Orders
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, any reshipment may require additional shipping charges. Refunds, where applicable, may exclude original shipping costs unless required by law.
